Cross Country at Salem Invitational

Saturday morning the cross country teams traveled to Salem for their first meet of the season.

High School Boys-
The top boy runner for the Ravens was senior, Gianni Giarrano. Giarrano finished 14th out of 185 runners.He ran a time of 18:33. He was followed in by freshman, Jayden Rogers who ran a time of 24:51 in his first ever cross country race.

High School Girls-
The top girl runner for the Ravens was senior, Kaylee Compeli who finished 38th out of 206 runners. Compeli ran a time of 23:15. She was followed in by junior, Azsah Bradley who ran a time of 25:52.

Middle School Boys-
Zack Myers led the way for the boys finishing 16th out of 139 runners with a personal best time of 12:58. Ben Rainone also ran for the boys, finishing with a time of 17:12.

Middle School Girls-
Paige Chinn was first in for the Lady Ravens with a time of 16:36  and was 37th of 124 runners. Next in was Becca Stratton who ran a time of 17:18. Keerstyn Ruppel ran a time of 18:47 and Hannah Fletcher ran a time of 19:44.

The next meet is Thursday, Sept. 31 at Maplewood.
