Game Recap

The Ravens traveled to Barberton for the second game in the Magic City tournament versus Massillon. Sophomore, Avery Robinson earned her first hat trick of the season leading the Lady Ravens to a 3-0 victory.

The first goal was assisted by Senior Captain, Valerie Davis. The second goal was a PK earned by Junior, Amber Wilson. Robinson missed the initial shot, but scored on her second attempt. Third goal was on unassisted to finish out the game.

The defense: Senior, Rosie Messmore, Sophomore, Jasmine Pooler, Senior Captain, Kailey Maroni, Sophomore, Kristen Finch, Senior, Jordan Chalkwater and Junior goalie, Emily Starkey denied Massillon to earn a goal.

Next match – Tuesday, 5pm, home vs. Coventry.

Game Recap

Ravenna came out strong against their second PTC match at their home against Springfield. Starting out goals for Ravenna was sophomore, Avery Robinson. Four additional goals were made in the first half by freshman Katie Miller assisted by senior Kaylee Compeli; Junior, Amber Wilson assisted by Junior, Reiley Full; Robinson unassisted, and Wilson assisted by Robinson to end the half. Ravenna had great movement off ball for the second half Focusing on possession. For more goals were scored by Full assisted by Robinson; senior, AC Chambers and assisted and Senior, Hannah Cochran unassisted to finish off the game. The lady ravens have an away game at Barberton for the magic city tournament this Saturday .
