Sports Physical

📣 Attention Student-Athletes & Families!

All student-athletes in grades 7–12 are required to have a current sports physical on file in order to participate in athletics.

If you do not have a current physical on file, you will not be permitted to participate. Please make your appointment over the summer so you are ready to go for the 2026–2027 school year! 🏈🏀⚽🥎🎾
